Failure to Appear
Robert Pawlicki, 20, of 214 Arch Rd. in Avon, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court on Jan. 8 at 5:38 p.m. Police took him into custody on an oustanding arrest warrant and held him on a $5,000 bond. He was scheduled to appear in court the next day.
Violation of Probation
Police also charged Pawlicki with violation of probation the same day and time in connection to a different incident. He was held on a $25,000 bond for that charge and appeared in court Jan. 9.
