Avon Police Blotter: July 16-19, 2013
The following arrest information was provided by the Avon Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.
Operation While Under the Influence
Bjorn-Mychal A. Hume, 23, of 46 Scarbough St., Hartford, was charged with operation while under the influence on July 19 at 3:42 a.m. Police arrested him on Country Club Road at the intersection with West Avon Road and issued him a $500 non-surety bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 7.
DUI
David Ryan Spatcher, 25, of 17 Pond View Dr., Canton, was charged with driving under the influence with implied consent to test refuse, refusal to be finger printed and speeding, police said. He was issued a $500 surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 7.
Larceny
Erica Dickson, 28, of 108 Pearl St., Apt. A, Enfield, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny on July 16 at 9 a.m. Police issued her a $2,500 bond. She was scheduled to appear in court the same day.
