Avon Police Blotter: June 12-20, 2013
The following arrest information was provided by the Avon Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.
Larceny
Elizabeth Clark, 23, of 3 Old Hartford Ave., East Granby, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny on June 20 at 8:23 p.m. She is scheduled to appear in court July 3.
Kyle Young, 23, of 223 Country Club, Middletown, was charged with four counts of sixth-degree larceny in three separate cases and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny in two of them on June 12 at 8:03 p.m. Earlier that day, he was charged with another count of sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and was released after posting a $3,500 bond. He was released after posting a $2,500 bond for each of the other three cases. Young was also charged with violation of probation and was released after posting a $75,000 bond.

Maryann Soucy, 29, 21C Cottage St., New Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on June 12 at 2:31 p.m. She was released on a written promise to appear in court and scheduled to appear in court on July 3.
