Avon Police Blotter: June 21 - 22, 2013
The following arrest information was provided by the Avon Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.
Operation While Under the Influence
Ryan Andrew Helmerich, 25, 99 Loomis Drive, West Hartford, was charged on June 22 with failure to drive in the proper lane and operation while under the influence. He was stopped at 60 W. Main Street and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond. His court date is July 10.
Kathleen Delfini, 58, 117 Hilltop Drive, Simsbury, was charged on June 21 with evading responsibility-property damage/injury. Her court date is July 10.
