Avon Police Blotter: June 22-July 1, 2013
The following arrest information was provided by the Avon Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.
Disorderly Conduct
A juvenile was charged with disorderly conduct on July 1 at 12:20 p.m. The individual was released on a written promise to appear in court on July 19. The Avon Police Department does not release the names of people under 17 who are arrested.
Possession of Alcohol by a Minor
Brennan Neseralla, 18, 254 Kingswood Dr., Avon, was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor on June 27 at 5:56 a.m. Police also cited him with evading responsibility in a situation involving property damage or injury. He was released on a written promise to appear in court on July 17.
Operation While Under the Influence
Ryan Andrew Helmerich, 25, of 99 Loomis Dr., West Hartford, was charged with operation while under the influence on June 22 at 12:40 a.m. Police also cited him with failure to drive in the proper lane. Police issued him a $1,000 non-surety bond and he is scheduled to appear in court on July 10.
