Conspiracy to Commit Larceny
Christopher Luis Rodriguez, 23, of 10 Hamlin Dr. in West Hartford, was charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny. Police arrested him at the West Hartford Police Department on an outstanding arrest warrant on March 13 at 10:22 p.m. Police held him on a $20,000 bond and he was scheduled to appear in Hartford Superior Court the next day.
Harassment

Jonathan R. Soucy, 33, 26 Arbutus St., East Hartford, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order and second-degree harassment on March 12 at 6:09 a.m.. He turned himself in and was held on a $5,000 bond until he appeared in court that day.

Scott Greiner, 47, of 38 Dunnewood Ct., Unionville, was charged with operation while under the influence and cited with failure to drive in the proper lane on March 10 at 9:39 p.m. Police arrested him at the intersection of West Avon and Arch Roads and released him on a $500 non-surety bond.
