Avon Police Blotter: May 22-28, 2013
The following arrest information was provided by the Avon Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.
Operation While Under the Influence
Carlianne Rosenfield, 30, of 279 Avon Mountain Rd., Avon, was charged with operation while under the influence on May 22 at 11:41 p.m. Police arrested her at 30 West Main St. and also cited her with failure to drive in the proper lane. She was released after posting a $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 5.
Larceny
Eric Morin, 22, of 454 Farmington Ave., Bristol, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny on May 28 at 10 a.m. Police set his bond at $10,000 for each count and he was scheduled to appear in court on May 28.
Assault
Thomas Herlihy Jr., 56, of 12 Riverwalk Dr., Simsbury was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree reckless endangerment on May 27 at 6:13 p.m. Police released him on a $500 non-surety bond and he was scheduled to appear in court on June 19.
Two Avon residents were charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct on May 27 at 2:25 a.m. Gina Marie Kleef, 24, and Kenneth J. Levesque, 27, both of 17A Old Farms Rd., Avon, were released after posting $500 non-surety bonds and were scheduled to appear in court on May 28.
