Avon Police Blotter: Nov. 28 to Dec. 4, 2012

The following arrest information was provided by the Avon Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.

Larceny

Shane Beauregard, 22, of 121 Gracey Rd. in Canton, and Matthew Block, 19, of 16 Tuller Circle in Simsbury, were both charged with sixth-degree larceny for the same incident on Nov. 28. Beauregard was also charged with second-degree criminal mischief. Police arrested the men at 255 West Main St., which is Walmart Plaza, at 6:01 p.m. that day. They were both released on $1,000 non-surety bonds. They were scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 12.

Aaron Jason, 24, was charged with sixth degree larceny at 255 West Main st. on Dec. 1 at 2:16 p.m. Police released him on a $500 bond and he was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 12.
