Avon Police Blotter: Oct. 26-28, 2012

The following arrest information was provided by the Avon Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.

Disorderly Conduct

Lewis Harkness, 43, of 651 Country Club Rd., was charged with disorderly conduct on Oct. 28 at 9:43 p.m. Police released him after he posted a $5,000 non-surety bond. He appeared in court Oct. 30.

Breach of Peace

A juvenile was charged with second-degree breach of peace on Oct. 26 at 10:30 a.m. Police released the individual on a written promise to appear in court Nov. 2.The Avon Police Department does not release the identities of people under 18 arrested.

Possession of Tobacco by a Minor

A juvenile was charged with possession of tobacco by a minor in public on Oct. 26 at 10:21 a.m. Police released the person on a written promise to appear in court Nov. 2.
