Operation Under the Influence
Joel Martinez, 24, of 44 Warren Ave. in Vernon, was charged with operation while under the influence on Sept. 1 at 2:32 a.m. pulled his vehicle over at West Main Street and Lawrence Avenue. He was released after posting a $500 non-surety bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 12.

Ryan Bogan, 27, of 11 Star Place in East Hampton, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on Aug. 31 on 9:55 a.m. Police arrested him at 11 Starr Place in East Hampton. He was released after posting a $2,500 surety bond. Bogan is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 11.
