Leaving a Child in a Motor Vehicle

Julie R. Pollock, 29, of 88 Mortimer St., Torrington, was issued a misdemeanor summons for a charge of leaving a child unattended in a motor vehicle in Avon Marketplace on Sept. 15 at 4:18 p.m. She was issued a written promise to appear in court on Sept. 26, 2012.

Disorderly Conduct

Boone Andrew Hyde, 46, of 57 Far Hills Drive in Avon, was charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 21 at 3:45 a.m. He was released after posting a $5,000 non-surety and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 3.
