Operation While Under the Influence

Joshua Sullivan Zaino, 21, of 12 Bluestone Ln., Avon, was charged with operation while under the influence on Sept. 30 at 2:21 p.m. He was cited with failure to drive in the proper lane, operation with a suspended or revoked license and operation of a motor vehicle without the minumum insurance. Police released him from custody after he posted a $35,000 surety bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 10.

Mitchell R. Daigle, 24, of 72 Hurdle Fence Dr., Avon, was charged with operation while under the influence on Sept. 27 at 2:40 p.m. He was also cited with failure to drive in the proper lane. Police released him after he posted a $20,000 surety bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 10.

Larceny

Kathy L. Fairchild, 51, of 12 High St., West Hartford, was charged with issuing a bad check and sixth-degree larceny on 11:32 a.m. There was an outstanding warrant for her arrest. She was released after posting a $500 non-surety bond. She is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 10.
