Avon Police Blotter: Sept. 27-Oct. 9
The following arrest information was provided by the Avon Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.
A juvenile was issued a summons for possession/use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 27 at 2:38 p.m., police said. The youth, whose name was withheld due to the age, was released on a written promise to appear in court on Oct. 5, 2012.
Alvin B. Bobbs, 45, of 36 Hammond St., Vernon was charged with failure to have tail lamps and a marker plate lit and operating with a suspended or revoked license or registration at West Main Street and Ensign Drive on Sept. 28 at 9:02 a.m. He was issued a misdemeanor summons and is due in court Oct. 10, 2012.
Christopher Patnode, 26 of 135 Jerome Ave., Bristol was charged with second-degree forgery, 5th-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit second-degree forgery and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny on Oct. 7, at 9:30 p.m. He was arrested by warrant by Wethersfield Police. A $10,000 surety bond was issued and he is due in court Oct. 24, 2012.

Matthew Mctigue, 28, of 18 Cloverdale Ave., Shelton was charged with operating under the influence on Richards Street at 4:13 a.m. on Oct. 7. He was issue a $500 non-surety bond and is due in court Oct. 17.
Luis Hernandez, 40, of 194 Washington St., Hartford, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and operating with a suspended or revoked license or registration at West Main Street and Woodford Avenue at 11:41 p.m. Oct. 4. He was released on a written promise to appear in court on Oct. 17.
