Possession of Narcotics
A juvenile was arrested on Sept. 8 and charged with possession of narcotics. He is scheduled to appear in Hartford Juvenile Court on Sept. 26. Avon police do not release the names of juveniles.

Seth J. Todd, 25, 4 Midlands Drive, Avon, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence and a failure to drive in the proper lane at 12:03 a.m. on Sept. 8 on Coutry Club Road. Todd was released after posting a $500 non-surety bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 19.
