Avon Teen Charged with Second-Degree Sex Assault

Robert Pawlicki, 19, 493 Huckleberry Hill Rd., Avon, was charged with second-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a child, which are both Class C felonies. Police arrested him July 6 at 7:30 a.m. and held him on a $10,000 bond. After appearing in Hartford Superior Court that day, he was released from custody on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 2. The court is awaiting his plea.
