Bristol Woman Charged with DUI
The following arrests were recorded in Avon Police records.
DUI
Kelly Ann Maguire, 24, 85 Sims Rd., Bristol, was arrested on charges of operation while under the influence, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to signal before turning or stopping. Police pulled her over at the intersection of West Main Street and Ensign Drive on May 14 just after 1 a.m. She was released on a $500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on May 25.

A minor was arrested on a charge of possession or use of drug paraphernalia on May 7 at 11:04 p.m. Police released the individual on a written promise to appear in court on May 25. Because the person is a minor, police did not release the name, age or gender.
