DUI Arrest Near Woodmont and Fall Brook

Operation While Under the Influence
Pathik N. Patel, 23, 11 Indian Pipe Trail, Avon, was charged with operation while under the influence and cited for failure to drive in the proper lane and a signal device violation on Feb. 11 at 1:21 a.m. The arrest took place by the intersection of Woodmont Road and Fall Brook. Police released him on a $500 non-surety bond and he is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 22.
