East Windsor Pair Face Multiple Charges; Memorial Day Weekend Light

Memorial Day Weekend
Over the three-day weekend, responded to one accident with injuries and one without injuries, and issued three seat-belt violations and six written warnings. No speeding tickets were given.

Matthew Joseph Madley, 31, of 40 Church St., Apt. B, East Windsor, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass, conspiracy to commit second-degree criminal trespass, conspiracy to commit first-degree criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny on May 29 at 5:22 p.m. Madley was taken into custody on an arrest warrant at the Windsor Locks Police Department and held on $15,000 bond.
Leanora Frechette, 21, of 40 Church St., Apt. B, East Windsor, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass, sixth-degree conspiracy to commit second-degree criminal trespass, conspiracy to commit first-degree criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny on May 29 at 5:41 p.m. Frechette was taken into custody on an arrest warrant at the Windsor Locks Police Department and held on $15,000 bond.

A minor was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct on May 29 at 12:14 p.m. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 20. The minor was released on a $500 non-surety bond.
Lee T. Wyrick, 58, of 4 Whirling Dun, Collinsville, was charged with operating with a suspended license or registration and improper use of a turn signal on May 27 at 5:24 p.m.
Marlene Kemp, 18, of 97 Oakdale Ave., Winsted, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and risk of injury/impairing the morals of a minor on May 25 at 5:20 p.m. Kemp was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.
