Violation of Probation
Michael A. Morrison, 22, 51 Norfolk St., Hartford, was charged with violation of probation on March 6 at the intersection of Nod Road and Avon Mountain Road. held him on a $5,000 bond and brought him to Hartford Superior Court that day. He was also cited with failure to obey controls signal, improper use of a marker, license or registration, operation without registration or a suspended or revoked license and possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana, all infractions.
