Man Arrested on Lovely Street After Suspicious Person Reports

The following information was provided by the Avon Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.

William W. Kulas, 59, 9 Lincoln St., Unionville, was charged with driving under the influence and possession or use of drug paraphernalia on Jan. 27 at 3:09 p.m. responded to Lovely Street near Helena Road Friday after reports of a suspicious person and police said they found an intoxicated male walking near a home. Canton police responded, as well. Police said they found no evidence of an attempted break-in. Kulas was also cited with possession of under .5 ounces of marijuana, a violation of a public act. Police released him on a $1,000 surety bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 8.
