Man Charged with Larceny and Violation of Probation

The following information was provided by the Avon Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.

Larceny

Mark Iwans, 33, 22A Main St. Ext., Tariffville, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and violation of probation for two separate incidents on March 2 at 8:47 a.m. arrested him on an outstanding warrant for both. He was released on a $3,500 surety bond for the larceny charge and a $5,000 surety bond for the violation of probation charge. Iwans is scheduled to appear in court on March 14.
