Man Charged with Larceny in Walmart Plaza
The following information was provided by the Avon Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.
Larceny
Michael D. Bierut, 34, 5 Wickhams Fancy, Canton, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Feb. 19 at 3:28 p.m. He was arrested at 255 West Main St. in the shopping plaza where Big Y, TD Bank and Walmart are. Avon police released him on a $1,000 non-surety bond and he is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 29.
