Police Blotter Feb. 11-13

LARCENY

David Paul Lewis, 28, 18 Quebec St., Springfield, MA, and Richard Paul Pioggia, 37, 658 South West St., Feeding Hills, MA, were arrested on charges of conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny on Feb. 12 at 12:34 p.m. Police arrested them at 255 W. Main St., the Walmart Plaza. Police and a Big Y Foods Loss Prevention representative stopped Lewis and Pioggia after reports that they walked out of Big Y with a shopping cart filled with baby formula and had not paid. They were each held on $2,000 bonds and were scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 14.
