Anthony Taverna, 43, 1 Beaver Brook Rd., West Simsbury, was arrested on charges of operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane. Police pulled Taverna over on Feb. 15 at 11:14 p.m. on Waterville Road. He was issued a non-surety $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on March 2.

Gregory Freeman, 52, 370 Colonial Ave., Waterbury, was arrested on a warrant for charges of third-degree forgery and third-degree larceny on Feb. 15 at 8:25 a.m. He was issued a $2,500 bond and was scheduled to appear in court that day.
