Jason M. Kennedy, 34, 367 Hopmeadow St., Apt. C, Simsbury, was arrested on charges of evading responsibility, improper passing and operation while under the influence on Feb. 23 at 2:19 a.m. He was issued a $500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on March 9.
