Police: Juvenile Trespassed at Avon High School Before Vacation
The Avon Police Department provided information on this arrest and others, but that does not indicate a conviction.
Criminal Trespass
A juvenile was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief for an incident Dec. 22 at Avon High School at 3:58 p.m. The high school is located at 510 West Avon Rd. Police issued a misdemeanor summons to the individual, who was released on a written promise to appear in juvenile court in Hartford on Jan. 4, 2012. The does not release the name, age or address of juveniles arrested.

Kelly Marie Gregory, 29, 44 Fernwood Dr., Simsbury was charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence on Dec. 29 and cited with failure to drive in the proper lane, an infraction. The arrest was at the intersection of Country Club Road and Burnham Road. Police issued Gregory a $5,000 non-surety bond and she is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 11.
