Presley Eze, 24, of West Hartford who was believed to be under the influence of the hallucinogen angel dust, also had a machete, several knives, a solid piece of pipe and a brick in his Cadillac, police said. Another man and a 3-year-old girl were also in the car. Eze was arraigned on charges of illegal possession of weapons in a motor vehicle, risk of injury to a child, and breach of peace.
