Texas Man Charged with DUI in Avon

Operation While Under the Influence
Fernando DeLuna, 34, of San Antonio, TX was charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence on Jan. 27 at 10:11 a.m. arrested DeLuna at the intersection of East Main Street and Darling Drive in Avon and also cited him with failure to carry registration or insurance and following too close, both infractions. Police released him on a $1,000 bond and he is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 8.
