Woman Charged with Possession of Narcotics

Possession of Narcotics
Diane Stewart, 42, 18 Murray Rd., Bristol, was charged with driving under the influence with implied consent to test refuse and possession of narcotics on April 14 at 1:53 a.m. Police arrested her at the intersection of West Main Street and Simsbury Road and also cited her with failure to drive in the proper lane, operation with revoked or suspended license or registration and operation of a motor vehicle without the minimum insurance, which are all infractions. She is scheduled to appear in court on April 25.
Larceny

Eric Carr, 18, 71 Enfield St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on April 13 at 9:45 p.m. Police arrested him at 255 West Main St., the plaza where Big Y is located. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 25.
