Avon Democrats Welcome New Members
The Democratic Town Committee held its caucus last Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2014.
The Avon Democratic Town Committee has two new members.
At its caucus on Wednesday, Jan. 8, the Democrats welcomed Michael Oleyer and Norman Sondheimer.
Oleyer replaces Democrat Daryl Worobow, the committee's chairman, on the Board of Zoning Appeals. Sondheimer ran the Democrats' "demographics activities in the recent Municipal Election," according to Worobow.
The committee will vote on its new officers at the Democrats' February meeting.
