Avon Election Audit Scheduled for Next Week
Voting District 1 and 2 votes are being audited.
Two of Avon's voting districts will be audited next week, according to an announcement from the Registrars of Voters Office.
Every year, the state randomly chooses some polling places to audit. Districts 1 (Avon High School) and 2 (Avon Volunteer Fire Department Compnay 1 firehouse) were selected.
The audit date is scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 3 at 10 a.m. in the Avon Room in the basement of Town Hall, Building 1.
The public is invited to attend.
