'Hanging with Hunter': Avon Middle School Live Streams Talent Show to Cancer Patient's Hospital Room

Avon Middle School staff were expecting more than 300 people at its AMS Gives Back Talent Show to benefit a student recovering from cancer.

Hunter Miller, 13, an eighth grader, was not able to attend, as he was still in the hospital following surgery this week, but Avon Middle School Choral Director Thomas Kawiecki said that they planned on live streaming the show to his hospital room for him to watch.

All proceeds from the event will help pay for Miller's cancer treatment costs.
