The Capitol Region Education Council's Reggio Magnet School of the Arts and Talcott Mountain Academy in Avon will have 90-minute delays on Wednesday, Dec. 18, NBC Connecticut and Fox CT.
So far, Avon Public Schools will open with a normal schedule.
