Snap Fitness owner Michele Welcome is 2.5 weeks out from the Pro Figure Stage at Fitness Universe Weekend in Miami, FL (June 28/29) and for her Video of the Week, she and Snap Fitness club manager Jessica Bergen collaborated on a special video called Prancercise!! For the record, Michele cannot believe she agreed to this.
