Avon Old Farms Student Welter Commits to Sacred Heart

Another senior at Avon Old Farms School has signed his letter of intent to college.

Graham Welter, a lacrosse, football and basketball player at the Avon all-boys private school, has committed to Sacred Heart University for fall 2014. He'll play as an attack midfielder on the lacrosse team there.

“I am very excited to be heading to Sacred Heart University next year for my college education," Welter, of Avon, said in a statement. "I’m also grateful to the University and Coach Basti for this opportunity to contribute to the success of the men’s lacrosse program at SHU.”
