Psychic Medium Dinner to be Held at Vito's by the Water

We’ve often heard that our food is to die for. But this takes it to a whole new level.
On Friday, June 13 at 7 p.m., Join Rebecca Anne LoCicero, a psychic medium, as she reconnects guests with loved ones who have “crossed over.”
This four-course tasting menu and extraordinary experience will be held at Vito’s by the Water in Windsor.
Tickets are $50 for one person or $80 for two. Drinks are not included in the price of the ticket, but suggested drink pairings have been made.
Proceeds of the evening will benefit the Brain Injury Alliance of Connecticut.

1st Course
Mango Crostini
Avocado, mango, tomato, red onion, garlic, and gorgonzola. Finished with an aged balsamic glaze.
Suggested Pairing: Skinny raspberry mango martini.
2nd Course
Mini Meatballs
Pesto mashed potatoes, sweet corn, and wild mushrooms.
Suggested Pairing: Blended red wine sangria.
3rd Course
Crabcake
Served over creamy polenta and finished with a chianti and mushroom demi glace.
Suggested Pairing: Citrus rum and elderflower mojito.
4th course
Mini Cannolis
Fresh mascarpone cream in a house-made shell.
Suggested Pairing: Steamed milk with Cool Swan Dairy Cream Liquor, Kahlua Black, and Bailey’s Vanilla
