Dr. Russell will be talking about stress and fatigue causes, how they affect the body, what happens if left untreated, and treatment recommendations like diet, lifestyle, nutritional and herbal supplements.
Dr. Russell joined Whole Health Associates in January of 2012. Prior to joining Whole Health Assc., Dr. Russell practiced in the Seattle area for the past 7 years specializing in Pediatrics and Women’s Health. Dr. Russell graduated from Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA in 2005 with a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and received her undergraduate degree in Biology at Plymouth State University in Plymouth, NH in 1999.
