Day 8 "Paleo Diet Makeover": My version of a Paleo Breakfast and a Paleo Latte!
Super easy breakfast: eggs, avocado and smoked salmon-I like to top this dish with capers and red onion, but I was all out:(
My "Paleo Latte"~ some equipment is required for this!
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (frothed using a Nespresso Aeroccino)
- 2 tsp of cinnamon OR pumpkin spice
- sweetener (I prefer Stevia)
- 1/2 cup organic coffee
Not too sure how "Paleo" this latte is, but it is really good!
