Whole Health Associates Eating Hygiene, Day 6

Eating Hygiene, Day 6

Avoid fatty and fried foods.

If you do consume red meat, make sure it’s lean and organic.  If you can’t afford organic, make sure it is at least hormone and antibiotic free, and is grass fed.

When the meat is grass fed, it will actually contain the beneficial omega 3 essential fatty acids, as opposed to the grain fed animals that have higher pro-inflammatory omega 6’s.

Eat the red meat in moderation and without the fat.

Don’t char the meat or allow it to burn.

In health,
