"Healthy Dinner Makeover" night 4!
Home Way Too Late Dinner:
- Roughly chop onions, celery, carrots, any veggie you have-I had Brussels sprouts and zucchini.
- Cook veggies in olive oil for about 10 minutes, add seasonings, add diced chicken.
- Once chicken is cooked, add broth and bring to a boil. Done!
- Optional: add wild rice or serve with piece of whole wheat bread.
