Whole Health Associates "Paleo Diet Makeover" Day 10! Kale Chips!

Day 10! "Paleo Makover" Kale Chips!

Skip potato chips and try these yummy kale chips!

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Wash a bunch of kale and chop into large pieces or buy a bag of pre-chopped kale.  You can buy a huge bag a kale from Whole Foods for only $2.99 (just to make this even easier)!

Spread kale on baking sheet and lightly coat with olive oil or coconut oil, do not drench.  Massage oil into leaves.

Bake until kale is lightly brown for about 10-15 minutes.  When done, turn off oven, sprinkle on sea salt or garlic salt or raw cheese. Close oven door and leave kale chips in oven to dry out. 

Store in container and enjoy!  I promise you will want to make a bunch at a time, these can go fast!
