Day 3 "Paleo Diet Makeover"
Quick, easy, Paleo-friendly breakfast smoothie!
1-2 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen spinach
3/4 cup berries or 1/2 frozen banana
1 heaping teaspoon of cinnamon
Optional: 1 tablespoon of cold-milled flax seeds and 1 tablespoon of ground pumpkin seeds (this can be found at Whole Health Associates dispensary)
Blend for a super yummy smoothie! Bonus, kids even like the taste of this one!
