Farmington Valley Jazzercise Fitness Center offers group fitness classes that incorporate dance-based cardio with stretching and strength training to help lengthen and tone muscles and burn fat. Classes last for 60 minutes and attendees can burn up to 600 calories in one class. Jazzercise combines resistance training, jazz dance, yoga, Pilates and kickboxing.
