When I frist called it in police they did not believe me. They sent a trooper out who got a nice view of her. I was able to free her as he stopped his cruiser and she cleared the wire guide rail to stand right in front of him! LOL! He said, What the @#$% is going on? I pointed to the retreating moose and said It's a moose!
