Miriam Hope Rieder, 21, who opened the bakery last year, is also preparing an assortment of cupcakes topped with white chocolate lady faces in honor of Mother's Day.
Rieder, a Canton resident, owns and runs the bakery with a staff of three employees. Her mother comes in sometimes to help out.
