Get a great experience, tips, recipes and more at The Meat
House “Cutting a lamb” class. Lamb is local from Sepe Farms, bursting with
flavor! Meet James our Butcher as well as Pete from Sepe Farms for an awesome
experience! Sepe Farm, located in Sandy Hook, specializes in CT grown lamb that
is pastured and grain fed in a natural, stress free environment. Lambs are
raised without feeding hormones, additives or antibiotics. You’ll be able to ask questions and get ideas
for cooking different cuts of lamb. The Meat House works closely with local
farms that operate under sustainable agricultural practices, providing only the
best meats for their guests. You don’t want to miss on this amazing experience!
Whether you like hunting, cooking, feasting or just exploring new areas of
life, this is the class for you!
Class will be held at The Meat House, on June 27th,
at 6:30 pm. Do not miss it! It’s a great opportunity to taste the difference of
a local, grass fed excellent meat and get recipes to make the best of it.
