Failure to Appear
Dale R. Beaulieu, 40, of 266 Pearl St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on May 7 at 11:05 a.m. He was released on a $500 surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on May 22.
Operation While Under the Influence
Michael James Hayes, 68, of 68 Malcein Dr., Southington, was charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence. She was also cited with failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to obey a control signal. Police released him after he posted a $500 non-surety bond. He was scheduled to appear in court on May 8.
