Avon Police Blotter: April 28-May 12

The following arrest information was provided by the Avon Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.

Disorderly Conduct

Mohammad Farzinzad, 23, of 417 Waterville Rd., was charged with disorderly conduct on May 10 at 5:38 p.m. Police released him after he posted a $1,000 surety bond and he is scheduled to appear in court on May 13. 

A juvenile was charged with disorderly conduct on May 5 at 8:38 p.m. Police released the individual on a written promise to appear in court on May 10. The Avon Police Department does not release the identities of people arrested who are under 17.

Larceny

Johnessa Neal, 30, of 196 Main St., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on May 12 at 3 p.m. Police released her after she posted a $2,500 surety bond and she was scheduled to appear in court on May 22. 

Evading Responsibility

Abimael Diaz, 20, of 214 Tunxis Ave. was issued a misdemeanor summons for a charge of evading responsibility in an incident at 175 West Main St. involving property damage or injury on April 28 at 12:46 p.m. Police released him on a written promise to appear in court on May 8.

Anne C. Wunderle, 43, of 38 Fox Den Rd. in West Simsbury, was charged with second-degree falsely reporting an incident in the same case and misuse of the 911 emergency system on April 28 at 12:46 p.m. She was also released on a written promise to appear in court on May 8.
