The other day myself and the owner of La Trattoria, Mark Bettera, were featured on the Better Connecticut TV show! Our fit, healthy menu has been such a huge success at the restaurant and now the momentum (of people talking about it) is really starting to kick in. Hosts Scot Haney and Kara Sundlun interviewed us, while Mark cooked, during a FIVE MINUTE segment on their popular afternoon show. You can watch the segment by clicking HERE.

The menu has been successful because people can now dine out with healthy options made EASY (attached is a copy). No more worrying about ingredients, substitutions, etc.; the menu is gluten free and everything is made from scratch with only fresh ingredients. It was an incredible experience to be able to share our fit healthy menu on the show and Scot Haney and Kara Sundlun were a lot of fun. I got a kick out of watching Scot chomp away on our food throughout the segment. In fact by the time it came to shoot promo clips there were no side dishes left!
Keep a look out for my latest menu at The Meat House in Avon which launches Saturday May 11th. The special lunch menu features health wraps and salads. No where can you get fresher lean meats for lunch than The Meat House so I'm really excited to "feed" everyone healthy and nutritious lunches in addition to the seafood lunches at Deepwater Seafood in Avon and my special breakfast menu items at The Village Cafe & Bistro in Canton.
